You know what you like. Collecting original artwork doesn't have to be more complicated then that.
That being said, navigating new-to-you websites can sometimes ruffle things that shouldn't be ruffled, so lets take a relaxing look at Daily Paintworks -http://www.dailypaintworks.com/ .
Daily Paintworks (or DPW) is a gallery, with a collection of individual artists' galleries, and an auction site all rolled into one. If you like just looking at artwork (and what sort of person doesn't?), the home page lists new artwork every day.
We've probably all dealt with the big “e” - you know that auction site I'm talking about. This one has a friendlier vibe – it's more like a Mom and Pop auction home. That could be because the owners, Carol and David Marine, are right in the thick of things – they look after every little detail!
The easiest way to find the paintings I have available is to go to my gallery (http://www.dailypaintworks.com/artists/aee-miller-5025/artwork):
This probably wouldn't be a very good walkthrough if I just stopped there, would it?
